Know-how – Experience – Network:

Frank Weyermann studied Business Administration at the University of Basel and International Relations at the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland.

He has 20 years of practical experience. He worked for ten years for a large reinsurance company in Risk Management (for Corporate Integrated Risk Management and the Operational Risk Department). He then spent more than ten years in various executive positions (as CEO, CFO / COO and member of the board of directors) for three Swiss SMEs with an international focus (machinery, services and healthcare industry). During these appointments he intensively dealt with the topics of turnaround management and restructuring, corporate governance, founding startups and selling and acquiring companies.
